As the chill of winter fades and the sunshine begins to grace us once again, life at MLP Residence begins to bloom. Quite literally! Spring is a favourite season for many of our residents, since it brings longer days, warmer temperatures, and the perfect excuse to get outside and enjoy our beautiful grounds.
Helene, our dedicated gardener, has been leading the charge in preparing our gardens for the season. With her gloves on and a bright spirit, she’s been hard at work clearing away debris that has accumulated over the winter months. She’s been busy ensuring our flower beds are clean and ready for planting. Her commitment is already making a noticeable difference, and inspiring others to join in the fun. Many hands make for easy work!
Our tulips and daffodils are beginning to peek through the soil, soon to bring vibrant pops of colour to the landscape. These early spring blooms, with their delicate petals and vivid hues, are always a welcome sight among our residents as they signal the return of outdoor strolls, fresh air, and a sense of rejuvenation. Our residents love to walk the paths around the building, taking in the changing scenery and enjoying the simple joy of a warm sunny day.
Spring is a season of growth, and here at MLP Residence, it’s also a season of connection. Connecting us all with nature, neighbours, and new beginnings. We’re eagerly anticipating a bright and bustling season ahead, filled with activities that will bring us closer together!
