Sometimes we all need a little change in our daily routines, and we did just that! Tabitha just so happened to have 2 orange balloons in her back pocket and suggested we play noodle ball after exercise.

Noodle Ball is a great activity for all ages! This activity helps improve hand-eye coordination, challenges your depth perception and strengthens muscles in your core and upper body.
